What a day. I have a 4 year old autistic boy and he loved it. Interactive things to do, well looked after animals, rides, splash park. A really good day out for anyone with children

Ideal place for school age. My guys really had a good time. My niece who is 2 couldn't really do much. Food and ice creams are surprisingly not overpriced

We visited in July 2018 and really enjoyed our day. Four of us, two over 60’s, one older teen and an eight year old. All four of us had a good time. There is plenty for children to do and enough for older people too. The food served in the cafe was good quality, good portions and reasonably priced, which isn’t always the case when places have a captive audience. We visited just prior to the English school holidays so it wasn’t to busy. Would definitely recommend for a family day out.

Visited during the school holidays, the line to get in is pretty awful. Once past the entrance gates, you enter the zoo straight away and where everyone is all huddled in together its a struggle to see the animals and so hot. But once past this section, the zoo flows lovely. We visited with 3 adults and a 15 year old, and easily spent 3-4 hours in the park. Has alot more on offer for young children but still a nice little zoo for any age. Just probably suggest arriving as it opens to avoid the rush!

Great park for little ones, ours are 2 and 4 and it was the perfect mix of rides/animals/play areas with that age range in mind. No where was too far to walk, none of the rides wait was longer than 10mins (we went in the school holidays on a Saturday in nice weather....if ever it would be busy I'm assuming that would have been the perfect storm).
The food was very "theme park" but they did do an ok jacket potato which we were happy with. They allow picnics so I would definitely recommend taking one as the food/drinks were more than you would pay buying from a supermarket, but then that's standard these days at these sort of places. Also, try and book online or use tesco Clubcard vouchers if you have them as it can make a massive diff to the entrance price. All in all a really nice day out, pricey but compared to going to chessington or thorpe park etc with children of this age the best pick I feel as they could experience all of it.

A nice day for the kids but not much for teenagers so be aware. The animals look well maintained and plenty of facilities like eating areas etc.<br>Costa coffee on site so caffeine is available readily.

Better than London zoo and better value than that too despite it being not cheap to enter unless you have Tesco vouchers. Great day out. Lots of animals to see and plenty of interaction for all ages. Great playpark and great water park and now even a funfair bit too, all in the entrance fee. There are a few things you can pay for which is a shame as you don’t really need that temptation. Lots of shops. You can take picnics but food is quite reasonable. Indoor playpark too for rainy days. Plenty of parking.

The animals are great, the kids play areas are perfect. They have indoor, outdoor areas, a wet play park area and then there's the rides totally recommend Drusillas to all families.

It was fabulous- highly recommend it. This was a present for my 10yr old as it was her first double figures birthday and we wanted to do something memorable. Our keeper was knowledgeable and great with Daisy. We cleaned the meerkat enclosure, weighed out food, fed penguins, went through all the behind the scenes bits and held lots of different animals. A lifetime of memories. Not in expensive but very much with it. The food in the restaurant was also a lovely surprise - it was delicious. The personalised badge and zoo keeper for a day polo shirt and pack were a lovely touch.

We recently visited the above as part of a trip to East Sussex.

We all, including our 4 year old daughter, thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Great selection of animals and Hello Kitty World was good. Staff were polite & well organised. Already planning our next visit!

What a brilliant place for all ages. So much to do and see and a whole day isn’t long enough. Lots of rides for little ones and play parks for various ages. Indoor soft play, the farm, zoo, train ride and new wet area. Just brilliant. My only negative is the extra you pay for a few of the attractions. £5 for 8 go’s on a bouncy slide is a lot of money, especially if after the first go, the child decides they don’t like it. It should be charged per go, not as a bulk buy. A big picnic area with a restaurant if you want to buy food. Friendly staff and everything is full of colour. Every child should have a day out here.
