Our 11 yr old son is crazy about Sloth's, so we came down from Scotland for a visit today.
They also loved the splashpark and adventure bit.
Being 12 and 11 they didnt do any off the rides as too big for them now.
But we were still at Drusillas for over 7 hours.
Would defo recommend a visit to Drusillas Park.

Picked a boiling hot day to go, I had the Lemur experience and it was fab, I've forgotten the name of the young lady who lead it for us, but she was awesome, very informative and lovely.
Plenty to do, the splash pad was super busy and it created some arguments, there doesn't seem to be anywhere close to get changed, so you have to go over to the toilets, fishers farm have little shed things to change in, which is handy when assisting a less able disabled child.
Love all the little rides dotted around are free to use, I think we got our monies worth for them alone.
We had an access ride pass, but didn't actually use it, as what we went on didn't have much of a queue.

Excellent family day out for younger children. I would recommend under 12! Lots to do and not too big that you can't do everything in a day but good enough that you want to come back!

It was ok it was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful but they cannot justify charging that much on the entrance fee it is extortionate compared to some of the bigger zoos! Sadly we won’t be returning id rather travel further but it was a nice day!

Lots of things to see and do. Places to get food, plenty of toilet facilities and parking. Staff are very informative and keen to share knowledge about the animals. Check for discount on tickets if you buy ahead.

Overall, it's a good day out. The zoo is good, and animal enclosures are well kept. Catering on site though was extremely expensive for mediocre low quality food. Service at food counters was also poor. For example, you get your hot overpriced food, then have to wait ages to get a coffee or tea as there's nowhere near enough staff. £3.50 for a tap soft drink that's flat and with no unlimited refill is a massive rip-off. My advice is to take a picnic

Such a fun day out for everyone. Would highly recommend. We managed to get in using Kids Pass, which gave us 25% off.

Best theme park and zoo we've been to by a long shot with a 3 year old. So much to do well worth booking online to save the extra money too, plus you can take your own picnic

Absolutely amazing animals and loved how they are kept with plenty of room and activities xxxx my only complaint is my son is autistic and will only eat minimal things and when I asked for 10 chicken nuggets the lady said they were £2.00 each !!!!!! So that would have been £20.00 for 10 which is extortionate.

Great day out with kids, with loads of animals to see. Remember to pick up the challenge leaflet through the entrance for the children to use through the park using stamps along the way of what they have seen. They also have a family of bats you can visit inside face to face. A whole flock of love birds you can feed for £2, diffinenty a plus with the kids... You will also find many rides to go on which is included with entrance price... I always book online the day before to get the discount rate. Food wise their is plenty available and also benches where u can enjoy ur own picnic.

Fantastic day out! We took our almost 3 year old and our baby. The place is fabulous, clean, easy to access and easy for our 3 year old to see everything; it’s so well thought out.

Our daughter loved all the animals, particularly the penguins, camels and coatis and especially the enclosures with staff on hand to tell you a bit more about the creatures on show. Everything she was told by the excellent staff and volunteers was totally appropriate for her age and her understanding.

The water park was a huge hit, as was the train ride around the zoo. Lunch was easy and we found a nice accessible table with a view of the train station.

We had a fabulous day out! And will be back! Thank you Drusillas!

Had a great time here, it's so much more than just a zoo -- it's a play park and a load of rides! Once you get in, just about everything is included. Spent 5 hours there and only left because our granddaughter was exhausted!

It's a brilliant zoo and has lots of great options for kids of all ages, my only issue is the fact they don't have a child ticket price which is insane. We went for the membership as it's decent value but one suggestion would be offering a monthly payment option. Food is decent the jacket potatoes and the wedges are amazing some items are over priced like the sausage rolls and pasties, but my only issue is the drinks as they have the lunch box options which include a carton of juice with sandwiches, fruit and snack and that is £6/7 I think the cartons are £2 which is shocking but next to them they are selling mini fizzy pop bottles which are cola and bubblegum for 50p..... I think that needs to be look into a fizzy drink is cheaper than a carton of juice not best for kids.
