Booked on line but turned up to find had booked for wrong date, plus one of our party was delayed. The staff at the main entrance and visitors centre could not have been more helpful in sorting out the problem. Our day there was a great success. The 2 and 4 year olds loved the water park.

This is a zoo with bells and whistles too. There is a train, slides, animals, play areas, a maze and all sorts of other things - ideal for children and adults alike, The animal areas were accessible and in good order; the animals looked happy. About £65 for a group of 3 adults and 2 children. A super day out

A super place to take young children for the whole day, plenty to do. We enjoyed our fun filled adventure yet again, making unforgettable memories. The park itself just gets better and better with new exciting rides, animal enclosures etc... The Lory birds are always a favourite of mine, so tame and I have managed to capture some really amazing photos. The staff are exceedingly helpful they went back and beyond engaging with the children about a variety of the well kept species at the park. After having a delightful lunch provided by the café, (very rare my children polish off their food but due to the vast selection we had two very clean plates and two very full tummies). We spent the last stretch of the day in the sensory waterpark. What an absolutely fantastic way to end the day, soaking up the sunshine and watching the children have a blast! Two very contented warn out children by the end. A huge thank you to all at Drusillas, we cant wait for our next visit!

We had a fantastic day at Drusillas topped off by our 10yr old daughters 'sloth encounter'. Our keeper Maria was friendly and full of facts about Sloths and the zoo in general. We loved going behind the scenes and seeing where the food was prepared. The whole encounter was very relaxed and I felt that my daughter was listened to and encouraged in her love of Sloths. I would highly recommend this Xoo and especially an encounter. We will be back!

I did enjoy going here but I’m very disappointed with the cage sizes for the animals. Some animals deserve to be in an outdoor enclosure,larger or a warm enclosure as they are from hot destinations. I was also slightly upset about the monkey with one eye and how the eye was taken out from “supposably” another animal but are still till this day being placed together when they should be separated. Lastly I feel like the animals generally looked depressed to be there.. there should be more activities they could participate in or have more open spaced out enclosure.

Totally fantastic family day out. So clean and tidy, lovely friendly staff really helpful. All the animals were happy clean and lovkng the attention. The rides were perfect for the little ones. Id highly recommend a visit here if you have a family. The kids play area was great with a water play area too. So take a towel and a swimsuit for the kids.

One of the best places to be with your family, very good for absolutely all ages. There is a huge parking on site, there are clean toilets, there is a varied zoo to visit, a big playing area with all kind of fun stuff and also there is like a fast-food restaurant, you can eat outsite or indoors, and I think there couple of other two places selling something to eat/ drink. For the smokers, good news and bad news. Bad news is that you cannot smoke when you would like to, good news is that you can smoke in the designated areas within the zoo/ play area. And there is a shop with souvenirs.

Loads to do for the whole family was a little bit narked off that after paying the considerable entrance fee there were still rides inside that they charged for. An absolute joke considering the price of food and drink and entrance fee. Completely unnecessary. That said it is a brilliant day out and the kids loved it. If its hot don't forget the kids swimmers so they can play in the splash park. And take a picnic and plenty to drink. You'll only need to fork out for an ice cream then. And you can leave the picnic stuff in one of the lockers near the adventure play ground so your not lugging round with you all day.

Great place to spend the whole day! We spent the day there with our two girls aged 3&6, the morning walking round the animals and the afternoon at the splash park and play area. Great family day out, travelled home with two very sleepy children.

Pleasant day out. A few rides they want additional money for when your inside which is unreasonable as you pay a small fortune to get in. Great they dont charge for the parking like other theme parks. More for the younger ones no big rides here. Zoo is lovely.

What a fantastic day out for the whole family! We took our young kids here and all had plenty to do. The kids loved all the animals and of course the massive play area was great. The animal exhibits are very educational and the stamp books were a great addition to help keep our younger ones engaged. Great food for all at lunch and the Starbucks iced coffees were perfect. Can't wait to go again soon!
