I've just had some social media training from Mina. It was really useful and in addition to the usual work she does for my business. It was integrity that made me decide to use Ditzy Media. I have known Mina from the days when she used to work for Trading Standards and know her business ethics are of the highest standard. It's easy to find sharks to waste an advertising budget. Mina and Verity stand out from the crowd as being both trustworthy and cost effective.

I visited Ditzy Media for social media advice, particularly concerning Facebook as I wanted to update and improve my knowledge after a lengthy break from the site. Mina was very patient and clear (even when I asked her the most complex questions) and has given me lots to work with, focused on exactly what my business needs are.

We approached Ditzy Media to manage the social media for the Arlington Bluebell Walk as we were finding it taking an increasing amount of time.
We were very impressed with how quickly Ditzy Media appraised our current strategy and requirements and were able to step into the role seamlessly. They implemented an initial series of content updates for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, which were well received. Part of the work involved contact with local charities to advise them also on making the most of social media during their participation of the Bluebell Walk and it was useful that Ditzy Media were familiar already with a number of these charities, being local organisations.
Unfortunately, COVID19 came along and the Bluebell Walk had to be cancelled for 2020. Social Media was taken back in-house during the pandemic but we hope to work more with Ditzy Media next year.

I can't thank Mina enough. I was lucky enough to get some help with social media through Ditsy Media. I am already using twitter, but I was not really sure if my effort was misplaced; let's just say I had no confidence in the way I was using twitter. Mina talked me through so much, demonstrating on screen sharing things I should be looking at and trying. She was patient and kind throughout. I feel really enlightened and ready to practice what I have learned.

I'm not one to usually write a review but in the case of Mina and Verrity @ Ditzy Media, I am more than happy to. I was fortunate to be awarded a place on a business start up program where Mina took the class in regards all things related to social media. As an older gentleman I often felt out of touch with how fast things have gone 'on the line' in recent times. Ditzy Media have made it all understandable and relatable in a way I honestly, didn't think was possible. And just recently, as I have been slow to begin my on line business, I contacted them again for possible further help and they have been amazing and super helpful all over again.
