Mina and I have been working on another project since the turn of the year. I had my first exhibition at Accountex at London's Excel Arena and Mina did some great preparatory work on collating a list of exhibitors and speakers at Accountex so that I could have a go to list of all of the important people. That list allowed me to see what other people were tweeting about and try and take a slightly different position. Mina also worked very closely with me to schedule a number of tweets about what we were doing at the show and some of our other content in the run up to the show, which really got people interested in us and our service. Mina is just superb. She immediately put me at ease in my social media training session with her. My social media shortcomings were slightly embarrassing given my 40-year career as a journalist and editor. But Mina instantly made me comfortable and helped me make light of what had previously seemed a bit of a maze. I am now much more active on the various platforms and my confidence is growing. I had a great one to one Social Media training session with Mina this morning. I could not believe what was involved setting up all the accounts, business pages and linking them together. Mina had this sorted in no time! Being a novice, she was very patient and gave me lots of advice on how to grow my content and keep the pages updated. I attended Ditzy Media's Social Media marketing course today. It was very informative and covered a lot of material. Mina is a great trainer and manages to put the information in a way that even the biggest novice can understand without dumming it down too much.
