Mina and Ditzy Media were incredibly helpful to me with tips and advice on how to help improve the social media side of my business I started in Sept 2017, I met Mina initially via Leap were she held a session for those of us on the business course, I then had further one to one help in November 2017 to go over specifics that would relate to my particular baby music group business, Bambino Beatz, and how to improve my social media presence. She's incredibly approachable, takes time to explains things so that you are clear on what you need to do and why your doing it, something I always like to know. I would highly recommend contacting Mina if your not familiar with the world of social media, and even if you think you know a lot she has lots of advice and tricks up her sleeve that could help you promote your business and move it further. She made the world of Instagram and Twitter seem like a doddle after I had avoided using them as I didn't feel like I knew what I was doing. She also helped me find out a lot more about how to advertise your business within facebook more successfully.

I really am quite thick when it comes to social media, I need to be spoon fed! Mina was fabulous she really helped me get my Facebook page up and running with patience, care and attention. I have just returned from a two hour social media and marketing 1-2-1 which was great. Mina covered so much in the allotted time giving me a really good foundation and lots of tips on promoting my business through social media. Mina has done the impossible! Not only has she patiently helped me understand the confusing world of social media but she has almost got me to embrace and like it! Time never seems to slow down in the digital world and opportunities pass in the blink of an eye. When I started working with Ditzy Media to manage some of my social media accounts to ease the burden from me managing them all, an amazing thing happened… being less “dizzy” from having to do it all myself I had breathing room to look at my accounts from a strategic point of view. Working with Joe and Mina we have made tweaks to the campaign and certainly getting the results I was hoping for. It was a big decision to trust a 3rd party with my brand but Joe and Mina have taken very good care of my hard-fought reputation.

Mina and Joe at Ditzy Media are helping me out at the moment with some extra work over and above my day to day Social Media Management, Cooden Tax Consulting are going to be exhibiting at the Business Show in November at Olympia and I will also be doing a couple of seminars on Research and Development Tax Relief. They are doing some extra blogs and social media posts to boost engagement before the show. All things that ordinarily I wouldn't have time to do and to keep working on my business. I continue to recommend them to people I meet who really need support with their social media.

Running multiple social media accounts is very time consuming even more so when I know what I want to say I just don’t have the time to share this in a time fashion or take the time to schedule them. I made the decision to have Ditzy Media take over the management of a few of my social media feeds and have been so pleased I did. They respond quickly to my requests and now with Joe as my point of contact I am pleased to see the service levels have not dropped!
