With Valentine's day coming up this week, I thought I would share my love and appreciation (in a business sense) for the work that Mina, Scarlett and the rest of the team and Ditzy Media do in managing Cooden's social media. They are responsive and flexible to deal with changes to our approach and in sharing new content. A full 5 stars from me!

I had three brilliant sessions with Mina O’Brien from Ditzy Media, who gave me a solid grounding in social media marketing. We covered Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Ads and Pinterest, and she explained everything clearly and practically.
Mina really understood the needs of my creative business and helped me see how to approach social media strategically, rather than just posting at random. I left the sessions with a clear plan, a much better grasp of how to use ads effectively, and far more confidence in managing my own marketing.
I’d highly recommend Ditzy Media to any small business or artist who wants to make their social media presence more focused and effective.

I wanted to know more about using mailchimp and as I have known Mina for a while now I approached. She kindly set it up with one of her team Laura, Laura went through each stage thoroughly and even showed me how to send a video link within the document which would be very useful.

I had Canva training with Laura and learnt so much. Laura explained things to me in simple langauge, took the time for me to experiment and showed me how I can maximise the tools for my business.

The Ditzy Media workshop on social media was informative, engaging, and very well delivered.
