We always visit DB Domestics in Eastbourne when buying household electrical goods. The choices and prices are usually better than the bigger well-known stores. We have bought several large items over recent years and the service has always been excellent.

I just wanted to say how incredibly impressed I was with the exceptional service I received from DB Domestics. I ordered an oven for my son and the staff couldn't have been more helpful arranging a day for delivery. When it was delivered, an electrical issue meant the new oven could not be installed. A quick phone call to your office and installation was arranged for Sunday. Absolutely fantastic service. You should be very proud of your staff! A great company that I will definitely recommend without hesitation.

Would highly recommend this company as very helpful from the initial enquiry over the phone and delivered the following day along with removable of broken washing machine/took it away and installed the new one for me!

The price of the oven was reasonable
The guys that delivered it were polite but were unable to fit it because the electric wiring ( that served the existing oven for 8 years ) needed some minor modifications so I had to pay an extra £60 to have a twin electric socket fitted

My washing machine broke Wednesday morning so I called DB Domestics upon a recommendation from my mum. I spoke to a very helpful engineer who I explained the issues to and we worked out it would cost more to fix than to replace. I ordered a machine over the phone as I needed a very specific size of machine and was given really helpful advice with someone in sales who even emailed me links to the machines that fit my specifications that I could look ar. I ordered the machine and by 9:10 Thursday, my new machine was here being installed! The old terrible machine was taken away and I was given really helpful advice from the installers who even cleaned the area behind my machine for me.
I then had an issue with finding the serial number to register my machine and Tom was incredibly helpful via email and resolved my issues very quickly. I’m so impressed at the service given by all parties and would recommend to anyone in need of a new washing machine!

The service we received from you was very good. The delivery guys were very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that they didn’t reconnect our dishwasher to the mains! I had to struggle to pull out both the new washing machine and the dishwasher to reconnect. Apart from that, all good and will use you again in the future.

When visiting the showroom to see the range available we were helped by a very pleasant member of staff who really new the products available and was very helpful in helping us choose the right washer/dryer for our needs. The Blomberg was delivered two days later by very helpful installers. So far, the machine is giving excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
