Concept Developers injected new life into our down-at-heel Victorian terraced house. Our major project involved an extension, solar roof panels, new windows throughout including skylights, wet underfloor heating, new kitchen and bathroom, bespoke joinery and complete redecoration inside and out. All aspects have been completed to the highest possible professional standards. The team needed to gut the rear of the property so we fled but, during the months that followed, the tremendous levels of communication made us feel we were at Chris’s shoulder throughout, always informed by photos of the evolving work and consulted over any queries. Our neighbours told us how courteous the team had been striving to keep noise and disruption to the minimum - no easy feat in a narrow Little Chelsea street.<br>We were constantly reassured throughout a potentially stressful process that we were in the most capable hands but the final outcome has exceeded all our expectations. The house looks fantastic - good for another century or two.

Concept Developers refurbished our loft bedroom and ensuite beautifully. Their attention to detail, and attention to our wishes were very good. From the initial meeting Chris listened, and as we (inevitably) asked for various additions and extras he was very patient and responsive. His team of employees and tradesmen were delightful, and respectful of our home. I thoroughly recommend them.

What a fantastic company. We have used Concept Developers on three major refurbishment projects,<br>1. To upgrade our out-dated original bathroom.<br>2. To completely remodel the rear of our house to create an open plan kitchen lounge and dining area with a beautiful rear patio, together with a much needed utility room and downstairs toilet.<br>3. Insulation of front room and hall with new flooring alongside reinstating the chimney breast as well as creating beautiful wood panelling which is in keeping with the period of the house.<br>Chris and his team have transformed our property and how the space works for us. At every step of the way Chris managed the project in a professional and friendly manner, always happy to give advice and make suggestions if needed. The whole Concept team were a pleasure to have around and took great pride in their work, always leaving the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. Very important when you are living through the building works as we did.<br>We would not hesitate in recommending CONCEPT DEVELOPERS to anyone. A big thank you to everyone at Concept.

Concept were professional and friendly from first contact. I had my 1950’s kitchen refitted and a set of windows changed to patio doors. Each day the room was left tidy and communication was good. The work was completed to an excellent standard. I would recommend Concept to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! If I had 10 more build projects I would use Concept every time, no question!<br><br>I hadn’t known them previously, but we had a good feeling from meeting Chris so we used them for our full-scale loft conversion. We were really happy with every aspect of the work and nothing was too much trouble. Any changes we thought up during the build were quickly included and looked amazing. The communication was second to none and exactly what I would have wanted for this crucial build.<br><br>The team were all professional, tidy, friendly and respectful. They always delivered on what they said and we are so pleased with the finished result.<br><br>I would recommend them without hesitation – give them a call you won't regret it!

We have used Concept Developers four times now, most recently to repaint the front of the house and construct a new drive; and undertake a completely new bathroom refurbishment (see before and after photographs). I cannot recommmend Chris and his team highly enough: thoroughly professional; very responsive to our needs; extremely courteous; and always take great pride in their work, whilst always respecting the property and keeping it as tidy as possible. Chris and his team at Concept Developers have done a really great job on our kitchen extension and our loft room. They are very professional, considerate, helpful and very friendly. Covid got in the way, but even so they doubled their efforts to get everything finished as quickly as possible. It all looks fabulous, and is finished to an excellent standard. Great work!

Chris was excellent to deal with from the start. The quote provided was completely accurate and the quality of workmanship second to none. We are so pleased with every aspect of our build and it was a large project to complete with both the two storey rear extension plus an additional side extension with vaulted ceiling. The whole project was delivered on time despite the restrictions of COVID. Chris is extremely well organised and that was essential with the shortage of some building supplies. Chris and his team were a pleasure to have round the house, they turned up every day and always left everything clean and tidy which is so important when you are living through the building works. Really Fantastic workmanship - there is nothing we would change. Would 100% recommend Concept Developers for any building work and we have already booked them in for another project.
