I am a-bit confused as I placed an order last night, and have had no follow up, no confirmation email, I paid for next day delivery so would assume I would of heard from the company by now. My order number is 17773. Have sent several emails with no response. The purchasing process was quick and easy. Just worried that I’ve paid and had no update

I’ve been using Coda Pharmacy for some months now after disastrous experiences with other well known ones. When I’ve needed to speak to members of staff I’ve always found them pleasant and helpful. Prescriptions always arrive within two or three days from ordering. They are the bench mark for other online pharmacies to aspire to.

Coda Pharmacy has been a lifesaver duirng the pandemic. Using the app made me in control of my meds, the ease of ordering and the efficient delivery service was superb. It was one worry less for me during the pandemic as i didnt have to go out to collect my meds. I was also able to order other stuff online and have it delivered with my medication which was a huge bonus - well done team, youre doing a wonderful job!
