My first time ordering my repeat prescriptions from Coda. A lack of communication is my biggest concern. It would be useful to be kept informed by email, text, or push notifications about the progress of my prescription order instead of having to keep checking the App.

2nd month of using and for some reason my repeat prescription wasn’t dispatched (rejected), no email or call to say anything. Wasn’t until I realised my medication was late that I checked the app and found it was rejected, contacted them as to why via the app, they called next day to say it was rejected but had now been despatched. When I enquired why it was rejected the pharmacist explained it was dispatched and didn’t know why it was rejected. Very strange so I’ll see how month 3 goes (I expected problems on the first order) and if it’s the same I will change to another supplier simply because of lack of communication.

Since being put onto Coda Pharmacy, our lives have become so much easier for getting our medication. No more contacting the doctors or filling in repeat prescriptions to order medication, just go online to the Coda Pharmacy App (or give them a call) to order the meds we need, they always give me a phone call to see when someone is going to be in, then its delivered to our door. No more going out in the rain to get medication.
