I’ve been using Coda Pharmacy for some months now after disastrous experiences with other well known ones. When I’ve needed to speak to members of staff I’ve always found them pleasant and helpful. Prescriptions always arrive within two or three days from ordering. They are the bench mark for other online pharmacies to aspire to.

Since the first time ordering with coda on line the staff have been brilliant they get in touch when your doctor prescribes more medication to see if your aware of this,
And so helpful over the phone, if you can’t answer your phone they always leave a message to contact them asap

Coda Pharmacy has been a lifesaver duirng the pandemic. Using the app made me in control of my meds, the ease of ordering and the efficient delivery service was superb. It was one worry less for me during the pandemic as i didnt have to go out to collect my meds. I was also able to order other stuff online and have it delivered with my medication which was a huge bonus - well done team, youre doing a wonderful job!

They have good competitive prices and are quite fast at dispatching. The website is easy to navigate. The ordering process is also simpler and quicker than most online pharmacies that I have used in the past. I was pleased that questions are asked before buying certain items. This highlights this pharmacies professionalism. It is enough questions for the pharmacist to know if the medicine is appropriate for the individual concerned. But not too many that it seems to take forever to finish and without questions that appear to make no sense. I do wish they had a wider range of products available online. A lot were sold out. This is the only reason why not 5 stars. I will use again though. As everything else was fine. It is important to support small and medium sized businesses. Especially during these difficult times. The pharmacy also seems to have a very good reputation locally, where their physical pharmacy stores are.

Fuss free and such great customer service - they pick up calls straight away and don't make you feel like you're bothering them unlike other online pharmacies I've tried.
