My son and I joined on the October offer, being a newcomer in any situation is always nerve racking but these guys have made my son and I feel very welcome. In such a short space of time they have made us feel like part of the family and already taught my son some very valuable skills. We can’t thank the cantons team enough and we are both looking forward to our journey with them.

I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up to Canton, but I was contemplating doing some form of kick boxing for a while. The staff were so friendly and welcoming which made me feel at ease! I didn’t expect to love it as much as I do! For me, it’s the people that make the place so great.. would 100% recommend 🔥

Very disappointed to say the least.
Canton sent and email saying you have a week to pay for grading as they are changing there system.
We was told on Friday that Florence would be grading and at class the new instructor said we could pay on our next class which is Wednesday.
The very next day (Saturday) we got a txt message saying all payment must be paid to day or you’re child will not grade.
I then asked the person who txt, when was the grading list out, replied on Wednesday. Well Florence had a school trip and couldn’t attend. So we only found out Friday.
And as they email and txt all the time why didn’t they email the grading list out or txt to say you are grading.
Any way, if the list was only put out on Wednesday why do you only have until Saturday to pay, when email states you have a week to pay.
And the replies from the instructors were absolutely appalling.
Own up and say the company made a mistake, we have given the wrong information out on numerous occasions.
They are a company that are apparently teaching my child morals manors etc etc. they can’t even own up when they made mistakes or apologise.
Totally disgusted to say the least.
We spend about £1000 a year at this company and all paid up front. Well that won’t be happening any more.

A small business with a fantastic community of members where the management really make a point to engage with and be present amongst those who pay for their services. There is no difficulty feeling heard at their Eastbourne dojo and all queries/requests are welcomed. Not to mention just a great martial arts training dojo.

My 10 years started going to karate lessons at Ashford Dojo in July. He has always been a child that get bored of clubs. However, this has been very different, he absolutely going to canton martial arts and normally gos 2 to 3 times a week. They are all so friendly it’s a community. I have older children who have been to karate groups in the pass but this club is definitely the best by far. I throughly recommend.

My son attends Canton and has done for over a year now. Since this time I have seen him grow massively in confidence and his fitness and technique is improving in leaps and bounds! He is valued as a senior member of his group, having been one of the first to join the Little Samurais after lockdown ended. The senior leadership team make everyone feel welcome and part of the Canton Family and it has been a please to watch them nurture their students into coaches and mentors for younger students once they get to a certain level. cthe big Canton seminars, gradings and celebration events are always well organised and everyone there is recognised and made to feel included. As a parent, I could not be anymore pleased to send my son to karate at Canton Martial Arts and I wish them many more years of success!

Fantastic safe place for children to develop confidence and self defence skills. It has been amazing to see my daughter learn so much and she is very motivated to improve. Sessions are always fun and varied but with focus on improving physical, mental and emotional strength. I can't recommend Canton's enough!
