There are many personal trainers out there but Jon is not your average Joe. He’s everything you need and then some. Highly experienced, professional, motivated and personable. Great sense of humour too! Each session is challenging and varied - you never know what is going to be thrown at you next. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to make a change.

Jon has a wealth of experience and knowledge, as well as being an all round nice guy. He is fully committed to all of his clients and will support individuals needs and goals. Jon has given me the confidence and motivation to achieve my own personal goals. I would never have done this without his support. It’s never too late to take on a personal challenge I was 50 when I started mine!

Great location, great facilities, great support, great encouragement and above all a great trainer. Unlike some, Jon lives and breathes fitness, the lifestyle, the nutrition and so much more. It doesn't feel like its just your journey, Jon gets on board with you too and makes you feel like your not only working out for yourself but your doing it to not let him down. Such a nice location, the main studio is relaxed and secluded and you instantly feel at ease and able to focus on what Jon is asking you to do, rather than whats happening around you. Works around any health issues or disabilities you may have (i know from personal experience)and really listens to what problems you may be living with or working around. You WILL see results with Jon, you will feel better physically but just as importantly he will get you on track mentally as well.

Really can't recommend Jon Morgan's APT highly enough.

From the moment I first started seeing Jon I could tell he was professional, knew his stuff and most importantly cared about my goals. Worked his hardest (even when at times I didn’t) with me and never gave up on me. All work was tailored to my ability and made harder (a lot) when I became fitter and stronger.

An amazing person, passionate about his work who you will wonder how you got by without.

Training with Jon has been a revelation, it’s not just teaching you exercise skills it’s teaching you a lifestyle and how anyone can achieve whatever they want be it physically, mentally or emotionally and you are never alone on this journey. For me personally I truly believe it’s been a life saver meeting Jon and learning to trust him and his process which has helped me loose a significant amount of weight and to also keep it off.

I have been working with Jon for almost 4 years and he has taught me so much. I have learned to enjoy excersise, how to keep active and to make it a very important part of my daily routine. He has taught me about understanding the benefits of a good healthy diet too. I do have my slip ups but Jon keeps me grounded and is always there to offer suggestions and support. He listens to what I say and always comes up with great ways to challenge me. I also challenged myself to run a half marathon which I never thought I could do and had Jon's support all the way. I totally 100% recommend him.

I have been going to APT for 4 years I started out at over 20.6 stone scared but made the step in the door. I had blood pressure issues, Diabetes, and knee pain as well as other problems. Jon was very welcoming made me feel at ease immediately. Since then I have lost 5 stone (at one point it was 6) but emotional stress took over. There will always be ups & downs for whatever reasons but that is the support that is given it’s not just about exercise it’s about mind set and support that is what is provided throughout the journey. My journey has been amazing a lot of laughs and tears but together anything is achievable. I cannot recommend highly enough.Thank you Mr M .....

The studio is safe and welcoming with a variety of equipment available for you to use. Jon really listens to what you want to get out of your sessions and any goals you want to achieve.
