Have been to a few classes and will continue to do so. The venue is lovely and pristinely clean with high-quality equipment and comfortable benches. The trainers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure the hiit workouts are fun, whilst also challenging but also with no pressure, making for a great but enjoyable workout, meaning that whilst abs may be under pressure, they are sometimes aching from having a giggle too. Very relaxed atmosphere and new comers are made to feel welcome and comfortable. I really enjoy the classes and the physical results and am genuinely gutted when I can’t make sessions due to childcare issues but always come away feeling great, when I can attend. The after class service is also amazingly supportive and motivating. The classes come with my highest recommendations. Thank you trainers!

I have attended a few of Jon's HIIT Fit classes and I absolutely loved them. Jon is so knowledgeable and was really warm and welcoming. Whats more he made the class fun! Thank you Jon.

‘It never gets easier, you only get stronger’<br>Never a truer word said. Jon makes the hard work fun. I would not ordinarily go to those sessions, but with Jon it doesn’t feel like a session I must go to, it’s one I HAVE to go to! Small groups mean Jon can help me when I’m struggling, and I don’t feel left out at all! Massive improvements in my fitness. Thank you, Can’t wait till the next one!

The new HiiT classes are great. They are friendly, relaxed and fun but very challenging. Each time I have been the class has been filled with a range of ages and abilities. The individual equipment benches mean you can work to your own level. If, like me, you find the bigger gyms intimidating...give these classes a go! I can see and feel the results already.

I joined the HIIT training programme about a month ago and have found everyone to be friendly and welcoming.<br>There are several HIIT classes to try and at different times of the day.<br>The HIIT exercises are held in a lovely studio and Jon the instructor holds smaller groups, so never overcrowded.<br>You each have your own work station to work from and after the workout you really feel you have worked the whole of your body.<br>I joined Jon's HIIT classes because I was not happy with my body and the poor decisions I had made over the last year.<br>I decided to try the taster session and I have not looked back.<br>I am feeling very motivated that I will achieve my goals this year, in looking to loose some weight and feel more confident with my body again.<br>Jon always offers positive tips/suggestions to help you on your journey and encouragement should you take the wrong path..<br>I would highly recommend Jon and the HIIT exercises.

What a brilliant experience! PT sessions are fab! Person centred! I have now started going to Jon;s HIIT Class's. I was really nervous at first, but Jon puts you at total ease, suitable for all ages and levels, What more can I say... Just fantastic!

Great hiit training with classes in a comfortable studio. It’s helping to improve my fitness levels. You have your own benches and equipment which is great. I’m interested in both toning, building strength and maintaining weight loss healthily. Jon and Becky are great with keeping your motivation going. 100% recommend going and training, whatever your goals are, in such a unique environment. Love it!

Jon is a brilliant coach. Working with you on a one-to-one basis, he individualises your fitness routines, food planning & is full of encouragement, enthusiasm, respect & humour throughout. Jon has a wealth of knowledge & experience and takes into account injuries/health problems etc. to ensure you don't make matters worse. Jon is constantly looking at ways to develop his business to the benefit of his clients, recently introducing quite unique HITT sessions. I, for one, am so grateful & impressed with coaching & support.

The new HIIT workouts with Jon are incredible! I’ve gone from dreading a class workout to really looking forward to it. The groups are really small so he can provide some 121 tips and you’ve got all of our own equipment in the benches. Loved it and noticing a difference already. Thank you Jon!

Jon is a great personable instructor. We started our PT journey after the first lockdown in the summer of 2020. From the moment we started he was very professional and his wealth of knowledge and great personal skills shines through everything we did. From the workout routines, changing from being able to work in the studio to adapting to working outside (with covid restrictions) each session was individually adapted to my level of fitness that progressively helped and challenged me!!
Dare I say it was always a fun hour that I looked forward too and helped me through my week….this may have not always come across as enthusiastically as I might had hoped!!
I couldn’t recommend Jon highly enough.

I moved to Jon's one-to-one sessions from a gym 5 years ago and have never regretted it. I achieve more in an hour with him than 3 in the gym. As I got older I found that I was working harder to maintain my modest fitness level and my heart sank at the prospect of trudging to the gym every week. With Jon I really look forward to my sessions and the varied and interesting routines. The hour passes too fast for me. When I suffered a serious knee injury he worked with me to gradually recover my fitness. I totally trust him and know that if he says I can do it, I can and will.

I have been training with Jon for a few years what an experience it has been. His motivation on passing on his knowledge is amazing. Jon has been my PT for many years and every week provides me with a perfectly-tailored program. He is highly-experienced, with a huge knowledge of training techniques and physiology, plus great nutritional and dietary advice. Workouts are holistic and they never get boring because he devises new routines all the time - he knows just how hard to push me to get the best results.
