The bestofcoventry's Wedding Extravaganza took place yesterday, and despite the glorious summer weather, we managed to attract 45 actual brides and over 100 local Coventrians to the event.

 The event took place at The Warwickshire Health & Racquets Club in Abbey Road Whitley, the ideal wedding and party venue.
'weddings at the club are becoming even more popular', commented Phil Brampton, the clubs new food & beverage manager, 'we can cater for small wedding groups or much bigger wedding parties up to 120 guests'.

The wedding buffets at the club start from as little as £12.00 per head so if you are on a budget pop in for a chat.
 Exhibitors at the event included Proposals Bridal Gowns who have been established in our city since 1966, and are one of Coventry’s most recommended bridal boutiques.
Proposals were responsible for the breathtaking fashion shows that took place on the day. Gowns encrusted with crystals and satin were displayed with great professionalism, there were dresses there to suit all tastes, shapes and sizes.

Photographers included  B72, Imaging who showcased just some of his beautiful wedding photographic images, Abloom from Allesley and Buds from Earnsford Grange also put on stunning floral displays.
