The Magic Formula for 26 Hour Days…

That would interest you, wouldn’t it?

Three simple steps to get a couple of extra hours – think what you’d get done. You’d be ahead of the game, on top of the admin, well prepared, fantastically organised…and have plenty of time for all the people in your life!

The truth is, even with two more hours, if you don’t change your habits AND your attitude towards time, you’d be right back where you started in a matter of weeks, even if you had ten more hours a day.

Its so easy to moan about time. Doesn’t it go too fast? Why is there never enough? How come so much gets wasted?

Some major attitude changes are needed! Not just ‘trying a few new techniques for a day or two’, but seriously committing to long-term change and cultivating a positive attitude towards time. Used well, its our best friend! For the rest of our lives we will each have twenty four hours a day, and its our job to use each one of those days effectively to accomplish the things that are most important to us rather than being pulled from pillar to post by whatever shouts at us loudest!

I saw this anonymous quote today:

"In the absence of clearly defined goals we become strangely loyal to performing daily acts of trivia

The most important key (in my humble opinion!) to managing your time well is an effective goal setting strategy. Nothing focuses the mind and motivates to action like clearly defined, worthwhile goals. This works not just in your business, but also in your family life, your health, your social life etc.

This is why effective goal setting is at the heart of all LMI courses! It’s life-changing and it works!
