Introduced by a local business owner, Chester CrossFit has built a strong relationship with one of the North West’s most prolific young person’s charities, Youth Federation, who supports over 500 organisations who help out more than 30,000 young people each year.
“Much like physical exercise, CrossFit’s relationship with Youth Fed is one based on discipline and hitting targets… We love the feeling that we’re working towards helping to get young people off the streets. In fact, I’m raising money for the Federation in the upcoming Sport in the Port fitness event.
