Leading regional law firm Walker Smith Way has passed its recent Investors in People review with flying colours.
Investors in People is a standard that helps organisations improve their business performance using a flexible approach according to the size and nature of the organisation.
Walker Smith Way first achieved Investors in People status in 1999 and was commended in a number of areas during its 2010 review.
Said senior partner Brian Dawson: “The assessor commented in particular on the high morale in the firm and that there was evidence of a good team culture, which offers development opportunities for everyone. He was so impressed that he felt that we should go for an ‘Advanced IIP Accreditation’ next time around, which is great news.”
