North West based Champion Insurance Brokers is this week celebrating its first birthday, having doubled the size of its team and achieved its first year’s target in just ten months.

The company, which specialises in commercial and corporate insurances for the SME market, welcomed AVRIL PARRY as Claims Manager and LIAM MALONEY as Consultant to the team, due to faster than anticipated growth in its first year of trading.

Avril, who has previously held positions with CCG Insurance Brokers and Swinton Insurance, has 32 year’s claims experience and deals with all commercial and domestic claims, from the initial report through to the settlement.

Liam returns to the insurance broking world after a year’s sabbatical, having sold his own insurance broking firm, CCG Insurance Brokers, to Cullum Capital Ventures. He brings a wealth of experience and market knowledge to the firm, which will prove invaluable as they enter their second year of trading.
