North West law firm SAS Daniels LLP has expanded its offering in the region with the appointment of a human resource specialist to head up their HR Solutions Team.
 
Chris Swerling has held senior HR management positions for more than 30 years across blue chip retail companies, not-for-profit organisations, the care sector and the printing industry.
 
The HR Solutions Team will provide a bespoke service to SAS Daniels’ clients helping them to address a whole range of day to day HR needs from recruitment and selection, through to redundancy or dismissal, whether it be a one off project or dedicated ongoing support.
 
Commenting on her new challenge, Chris Swerling said: “It is one thing to get advice on HR, but having the time to put best practice in place can be a daunting task for any manager. Many employers just don’t have the resource in house to carry through HR planning to fruition and develop their people effectively and efficiently. As a result we are noticing an increasing trend amongst businesses in the region outsourcing their HR processes, planning and delivery.”
