A Chester solicitor is celebrating after securing a position with leading city law firm, Hillyer McKeown LLP. The position was offered following the successful completion a training contract.

Richard Linton, based in Chester began his training at the Chester office of Hillyer McKeown LLP in September 2011 where he worked on building his knowledge and experience in the areas of PI, Employment, Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property. After completing his training contract last month, Richard has secured a full time position at the firm which will see him work as part of Hillyer McKeowns Dispute Resolution team.

Duncan McAllister, Partner at Hillyer McKeown LLP, said: “During his training contract, Richard has demonstrated the skills to show that he’ll be a great asset to the dispute resolution team. We’re pleased to welcome him as a permanent member of the team."
