A local spa therapist has been named as ‘Therapist of the Year’ by the global beauty brand Pevonia.
Treatment supervisor Rebecca Cranfield 21 from the Club and Spa at Hoole Hall has worked with Pevonia products for over four years and has now been awarded with the company’s prestigious accolade.
The Pevonia awards celebrate the brand’s loyal spas and therapists who use their beauty products on a daily basis.
Rebecca will be personally presented her award and will receive recognition in numerous trade magazines. More importantly Rebecca will be honoured with the ‘winning status’ emblem.
Rebecca initially studied for her core beauty certificates at West Cheshire College and has worked for over 5 years in Cheshire spas. She has been in her current role as treatment supervisor at the Club and Spa at Hoole Hall for ten months.
Rebecca says: “It all began when I was 11-years-old, I used to visit salons with my mum. I watched her get various treatments and I just knew it was what I wanted to do.
“I absolutely love the spa environment and making my clients feel their best. Whether it’s helping them to de-stress with a relaxing massage, aiding a skin problem with a treatment or making them look fabulous for a special occasion.”
Spa manager Stephanie McDonnell says: “Rebecca thoroughly deserves this award and we are all so proud of her achievements. I’m thrilled that all her hard work and dedication to the Pevonia brand has paid off.”
Pevonia is one of the premier skin, body and spa lines both nationally and internationally. It now boasts nearly 50 per cent of the professional skincare market in the USA and is distributed in more than 30 countries worldwide.
Rebecca says: “Working at the Club and Spa has opened so many doors for me and presented me with so many fantastic opportunities. Winning this award is the highlight of my working career so far, it feels absolutely amazing to have the title.
“I have such a passion for the Pevonia brand and their products, as do all of my clients.”
The Club and Spa at Hoole Hall is tucked away within the Victorian walled garden of DoubleTree by Hilton Chester. The multi-million pound, purpose-built facility boasts a next generation gym and an industry leading spa, set over three spacious floors.
