Chester's Prospect Estates Ltd today announced that it is witnessing an upsurge of growth in industry in the North West and North Wales regions.

Prospect Estates announces this news after recently buying commercial property at Riverside Works, Saltney and managing to sell and lease space within the building, as well as in the surrounding Liverpool and Burnley areas all within rapid time frames.

Prospect Estates is a privately owned, family-run business that has established itself as one of the UK’s most successful property investment and development companies, providing commercial premises to local and national businesses.

Paul Baison from Lancashire Fuels 4 U Limited, the leaders in high calorific biomass solid fuel generation from sustainable sources and which is a business based at Riverside Works in Saltney said: “After an exhaustive search for suitable premises Lancashire Fuels 4 U Limited, in conjunction with Prospect Estates, was able to locate the perfect development for our growing business. As a result of operating out of such good premises, Lancashire Fuels 4 U Limited has exceeded its growth target already this year”.

Peter Shackleton from Prospect Estates said: "The speed with which we have been able to lease spaces in the area, particularly at our Riverside Works site in Saltney has demonstrated business is picking up and that by offering quality premises at competitive rates we can fill space quickly and really help businesses grow. We have experienced at first hand the positive growth in the economy and upsurge in demand, which is good news for the area.”
