Cheshire IT support company Pro-Networks marked its 50,000th fix with a presentation of champagne and state-of-the-art computer screens to long standing client and leading commercial law-firm Bowcock Cuerdon.

Managing Partner of the South Cheshire law firm Mr. Philip Cuerdon and his Office Manager Julia Fitton travelled from their Nantwich offices to the Sandycroft HQ of Pro-Networks to mark the occasion.

Pro-Networks founder and MD Chester businessman Paul Crudge explained: “By pure coincidence Bowcock Cuerdon’s call to our Support Team in September was our 50,000th job or ‘fix’ since we launched our business in 2002. We had decided to mark that milestone with a presentation but had no idea we would be celebrating with one of our long established clients.

“As it turned out it was a doubly auspicious occasion and we were delighted to ask Philip and Julia to join us in the celebrations here at Sandycroft.”

The 50,000th call was made by Office Manager Julia and taken by Support Engineer Joanne Milligan.

“I had called Pro-Networks to arrange for a new email account to be set up and, as always, Joanne was extremely helpful,” recalled Julia.
