Personal trainer Jo Bourne will be sharing health and fitness secrets at a special spa event at The Chester Grosvenor this month.

The ‘Body Beautiful’ evening is a partnership between Jo, a Chester-based fitness expert, the French skincare brand Darphin and the luxury hotel on October 19.

The evening will begin with fruit shooters and healthy canapés followed by a short talk by Jo on nutrition.

The focus of the evening will be on body conditioning and core fitness and is perfect for brides and grooms-to-be, new mums or anyone with a special event in mind.

Darphin’s new ‘Deep Harmony Massage’ will also be showcased along with their range of products to use at home.

Jo will be demonstrating easy exercises to help tone the body and sharing healthy living tips.

Jo, who is The Chester Grosvenor’s preferred personal trainer, said: “The ‘Body Beautiful’ event is a gentle introduction for people who want to do more exercise and be more active but don’t know where to start.

“I will be showing people how to improve their fitness level and explaining some simple nutritional tips. The evening will be fun too with lots of pampering thanks to Darphin.

“I’m very much looking forward to meeting everyone and showing them that personal training isn’t just for A-list celebrities.”

Participants will be served a glass of wine and be offered the chance to purchase products and treatments towards the end of the evening.

Anyone who books a Darphin ‘Deep Harmony Massage’ on the night will receive another half price. A complimentary Darphin Vitalbalm lip balm will be given to anyone making a Darphin product purchase during the evening.

Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothes and flat or easily removable shoes.

Jo will be offering special Chester Grosvenor personal training vouchers as an exclusive offer for ‘Body Beautiful’ participants.

The evening begins at 6.15pm and tickets, priced at £20, are limited. To secure your place call 01244 895686 or email spa@chestergrosvenor.com.
