Leading Cheshire hotel the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa is the star of the summer series of a national TV programme, The TV Book Club, which airs on Channel 4 and More 4.
Filmed in June, the first showing aired on Sunday 3 July on More 4 and the second on Saturday 9 July on Channel 4 at 1.30pm.
The venue was selected thanks to its beautiful gardens, which programme producers felt were perfect for the show. The gardens feature a lake, a gazebo which is licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, well stocked borders and plenty of seating areas for guests to enjoy alfresco drinks.
Reading enthusiasts from across the region were invited to take part in the programme. They read American author Dennis Lehane’s The Moonlight Mile.

The venue was recently crowned Best Wedding Venue for Cheshire at the County Brides Awards.
