On Monday the cadets from Frodsham Detachment, Cheshire ACF presented Children Today with a cheque for £250.
The money was raised as part of a bag pack they completed in November 2013. Tom from the charity visited the detachment to give the cadets an idea of the how the money would be spent. The charity was founded in 1994 to help disabled children and young people up to the age of 25 enjoy a better quality of life by providing them with the specialised equipment they need. The charity is based in Chester and will use the money to assist a child local to Frodsham.
