North West law firm SAS Daniels LLP has acquired a Macclesfield-based personal injury firm to continue its ambitious growth plans.
 
The acquisition of Berry & Co will expand the firm’s Litigation group giving SAS Daniels the capacity to offer a specialised service in dealing with particularly complex and multi-track personal injury claims. .
 
Key staff from Berry & Co will be moving to SAS Daniels’ head office in Stockport.
 
The news of the acquisition follows a series of senior appointments at the firm including property lawyer Andrew Clark, agriculture specialist Graham Gigg, litigation consultant Peter Moore and real estate specialist Nigel Read.
