75point3 Chartered Financial Planners are hosting an equity release event on Friday 2nd July at Chester Racecourse. There will be morning and afternoon seminars both of which will be free to attend.

Equity release schemes are available for homeowners over age 55 who may wish to unlock cash in their homes to spend in their retirement. Schemes allow homeowners the freedom to spend the extra money on anything they want.

Popular reasons for releasing equity include:

More and more people are dipping safely into the equity in their home. We will also explain other alternatives to equity release – The options available under the government’s ‘Mortgage Rescue Scheme’ and availability of Local authority home improvement grants.
