We do what we love because we love what we do, and one of the main reasons for that is that we get to meet so many truly interesting people whilst we perform a job that we feel extremely passionately about. It is wonderful to build working relationships with like minded individuals who have that same passion and enthusiasm for providing an excellent service and ensuring the customer is really looked after. It is therefore a true pleasure to work with the team at DoubleTree by Hilton in Chester. Through working together and building a harmonious relationship, we have had the honour of becoming their recommended photographer to the bride and grooms who chose to hold their special day at DoubleTree; as well as being invited to assist the team in capturing special moments for them such as the hotel’s re-launch party, the launch of theclubandspa and more recently the opening of the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill.
 
Anyone who knows me will know that I find it hard to hide my passion and enthusiasm, so you can imagine my excitement at getting to meet Marco himself. As well as capturing those special moments, a large part of my job is making sure people enjoy the experience and to ensure they are at ease, therefore I did my research to ensure that I understood Marco’s likes and dislikes from a photography point of view. By using our unobtrusive style and relaxed approach we were able to capture some fantastic shots without encroaching on Marco’s enjoyment of the opening. It was amazing to watch Marco’s passion and enthusiasm when chatting with the junior chefs in the restaurant. It takes a real talent to motivate and encourage others to reach their full potential and it was clear that this is where one of Marco’s true passions lies. To witness moments like this and capture them is a real honour and something that makes my Dad and I feel very lucky to be doing what we do.  We were therefore blown away to receive feedback from Francis Carroll, Brand and Development Manager for MPW North West, that Marco was pleased with the photos and that he had enjoyed working with us – so much so that we have been invited to photograph all of his new restaurant openings planned over the next year!
 
We have recently had another fantastic day capturing the opening of The Swan at Aughton, Ormskirk and we are looking forward to the opening of the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Bristol later this month. It is always great to work with people who hold similar values and beliefs, and enjoy what they do as much as we do.  I would therefore like to thank the team at DoubleTree by Hilton Chester, Marco and Francis for being great people to work with – it really does make our jobs a true pleasure!
