Chris Blythe from CB Interiors completed another successful ‘live’ broadcast from the Trafford Centre, Manchester with BBC Radio Manchester on the lifestyle programme with Becky Want.
Chris was invited back to do what is now becoming a regular feature on helping shoppers with their design queries. The programme which was broadcasted live on Saturday 8th October from 9 – 11 am – Chris was set a challenge to assist a client on a £500 budget, in refurbishing a tired lounge in readiness for Christmas.
Barton Square is a wonderful home centre at the Trafford Centre, consisting of BHS, Dwell, Home Sense, M&S and many other home retailers. Chris successfully proved that you don’t have to spend huge budgets complimenting her design with both high end shops and the bargain buys from Pound Stretchers and Poundland!
The design was a huge success, on budget, much to the astonishment of Becky and her BBC team. Chris commented “people simply are on tighter budgets, gone are the days when clients had endless amounts of cash, but, with a keen eye for detail and a mountain of resources, I can help anyone”.
Chris offers an initial free consultation and will endure any design challenge, “we have survived for over 27 years and our success is through diversification and realistically sourcing better deals for our customers”. “We have assisted many home owners in ‘stage management’ (basically the equivalent to House Doctoring). “Successfully working with Estate Agents in the North West Region, we have been instrumental in helping and assisting home sales”.
