The Cheshire Jets are delighted to announce that they will be partnering with The Faulkner Bar & Kitchen in Hoole and the Ring O’ Bells in Christleton during the 2011/12 season.  Ian Wade owner of both establishments is one of the first of the new sponsor’s to be unveiled, after signing a one year sponsorship deal with the club. 

Ian, owner of the Ring O Bells pub and restaurant who scooped the converted “Best pub in Chester award” at the 2011 Chester Food and Drink Festival,  has been a Jets fan for the past few seasons and is excited to be giving the club his backing;

"We are very excited about teaming up with the Jets for the season ahead. The coming together of three great Chester institutions, all with proven track records of success promises great things. Being official post match venue at The Faulkner

Bar & Kitchen is something we are very much looking forward to. We will welcome all Jets fans after the game for a synopsis of (hopefully!) another great win. We can’t wait for the season to start. Go Jets!"

Part of the deal will see the Faulkner Bar & Kitchen in Hoole become the official after match venue for Jets fans.  To kick off the partnership the Faulkner Bar & Kitchen will be holding a special start to the season party after the first game on the 2nd of October.

Fans are being invited to attend the American themed evening which starts at 19:30 after the first derby  match against the Mersey Tigers, during which fans will get to meet and put questions to the new look squad and coaching staff for the first time.

This is something that Head Coach John Lavery is looking forward too;

“It’s great to have teamed up with Ian and his staff to offer our fans a post match venue, we need a space where the fans can catch up with each other and dissect the game.  This is a community club and I’m keen to keep it that way, I’m delighted that they have come onboard, the Faulkner Bar & Kitchen is a great pub in a great location and it’s now a place Jets fans can call their own.”
