With over 1000 business people registered for Friday 16th September and over 5000 people expected on Saturday 17th September, Celebrate Cheshire is on target to be a huge success!

Key events on Friday include the Business Conference hosted by Jim Hancock, political editor for the BBC North West Tonight with key speakers John Timpson CBE, Teresa Anderson Director of the University of Manchester’s Discovery Centre at Jodrell Bank and Simon Waugh, Executive Chair, National Apprenticeship Services addressing delegates on a variety of hot business topics ranging from ‘Upside Down Management’ to the economic perspective for Cheshire.

The afternoon events include over 40 FREE business seminars, with many seminars nearly fully booked!

Saturday, aptly named “Opportunity Saturday” will focus more on the career, training, voluntary work and leisure opportunities that Cheshire has to offer.

As well as a raft of other exciting FREE events for the whole family, including sporting opportunities with Warrington Wolves, Cheshire Jets, a taste of Cheshire experience and the chance to enjoy Chester’s annual kite festival.
