Chartered accountancy firm Ellis & Co is appealing to the Cheshire business community to help find summer work placements for local students.
The practice, which has offices in Chester and Wrexham, has agreed to take a King’s School student for a week during the holiday.
Roy Meredith, business development manager at Ellis & Co, said: “We like to help young people get some real experience in the workplace and have a good relationship with King’s School in Chester. We have made one placement available for a week over the summer where a bright economics student will work with one of our accountants, but there are others who are very keen to find places.”
