This restaurant serves good Italian food for a reasonable price. It's very convenient for the station and the theatre. Booking advised.

Visited here for my grandmas birthday, there was 10 of us, and honestly the best service we’ve ever received as a family.
Firstly, the food. It was amazing with such variation on the menu, yet everything we had was so fresh and tasty. Such a step above the usual Italian restaurant food I have. Everything was perfect. Including gluten free pasta for a coeliac that was dining with us.
Secondly, the service. This is what really made our experience excellent. They were so attentive to us, and were very patient, as there was a lot of us to order from at different times. They were so lovely and just genuinely kind people that cared about our experience. And they absolutely aced it.
I can safely say this is my new favourite restaurant in chelmsford. I will definitely be recommending to friends and will 100% be returning myself.

Had a fantastic meal with my dad. Great food with something for everyone and first class service. So nice to go to a restaurant that isnt a chain. Unfortunately I didn't leave room for dessert which looked amazing.

My young daughter and I decided to go out for some dinner. We both love Italian and after reading the the reviews thought we would give it a try. I am so happy we did. The whole experience was lovely! The staff were very friendly and the food was stunning! Huge portions and reasonably priced. A win win situation. Defiantly recommend this place. We definitely be going back.

Visited with colleagues and was pleased with the food service etc after our last visit. We all had a choice from the lunch menu which was served quickly and very enjoyable. Service was good.

Lovely restaurant and will definitely be revisiting. The garlic bread with cheese is to die for. I had the chicken salad which was beautiful and a great portion. The calzone was also lovely and very filling! Staff were all friendly, polite and attentive. Can't wait to return!

After such a busy on the go day in London yesterday with no food since breakfast thank goodness this restaurant opens at 4.30! I had the minestrone soup and pollo ariabatta with carrots French beans and sauté potatoes alongside a delicious primitivo

All you can expect , friendly people, truly customer focused service , authentic receipes that can be adjusted to your taste upon request as everything is made there and then from the chef ,
and last but not least in the fairly priced extend wine list some great less commercial Italian gems.
Will come back in Chelmsford just for these lovely people

Went here for a meal before going into the theatre. Good choice as it was only across the road from the theatre. The food was excellent and the plates were hot, which makes a lot of difference if you are a slow eater.
The only let down , I feel was the dessert. ( cheesecake) It didn't taste fresh, was a very small size and the price you pay, you could buy a whole cheesecake for. Skip the dessert and get an ice cream in the interval at the theatre. Other than that the meal couldn't be faulted.

A very extensive menu which covers pasta, pizza, fish and meat dishes. Enjoyable food and service. Ideal for a pre theatre dinner. Good value. Would go again.

Had pre-theatre menu, great value and high quality food. Had the most incredible mushroom starter and chicken arrabiatta as a main. Service was excellent, beer was lovely and I even had a desert finishing off with a latte. Faultless! I’ll be back, thank you. Highly recommended.

Once again the restaurant came up trumps! we had been in contact with our orders over a couple of months, adding to our order a number of times - always NO PROBLEM! On the night they staff were very welcoming, efficient and met all our requirements. We had a very limited time which was dealt with in afriendly helpful manner. The food was excellent and we shall definetly be back next year for our next Big Fest.

Visited with my parents and had dinner in the sun - was lovely to sit outside. Waiters were very friendly and food was delicious! I ordered the calzone and was very impressed. Will definitely be back and would recommend.

Visited with colleagues for lunch. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. Service was good. Food however was disappointing we were there for a quick lunch so just had the baguette but these were poor. The lumps of tomato in the baguette were simply too big a larger tomato had been cut up into quarters. The mozzarella was straight from the fridge and too cold so had no flavour. The chips were frozen chips not fresh hand cut.

Fantastic! Greeted by Sam as we walked in and felt like family until we left. Food was delicious and cheeseboard were exquisite! Ambience was perfect , very busy and prices very reasonable. Great evening with my friends and great service ...thank you!
