We’ve recently viewed a property with Piers and we’ve seen a few in our time! Estate agents can sometimes come across as pushy or like they’re fibbing about things. Piers has been the best estate agent I’ve ever had show me around a property. He was just himself, very personable, honest when he needed to check something to confirm the answer to questions and respected the quiet time to view the house and take it all in. Just a really lovely young man who is an asset to the agency, and I understand he hasn’t been there for very long either, We’re not sure if we’ll have an offer accepted on the property we viewed but if we were looking again, I would be more inclined to view with Balgores simply because they have Piers.

First of all Ben was very welcoming. Attended our calls and spoke with us and kept in touch throughout. Answered all of our questions and we had a lot of them but he patiently listened to our queries and answered all of them. Also, the house was maintained well for viewing. The entire team at Balgores was very thorough with their online forms as well, didnt leave anything for us to pinpoint or doubt. Kudos! Keep it up!

After my original purchase unexpectedly fell through, I found another property through Balgores, and from start to finish they were absolutely fantastic. Samantha and Ellie were always proactive, responsive and genuinely invested in keeping everything moving. They regularly kept me updated, chased solicitors and other parties when needed, and were always on hand to answer my questions and reassure me during what was a very stressful few weeks.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their communication was excellent throughout. Thanks to all their hard work and dedication, I finally completed on my new home (in just one month!), and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did to help make it happen.

The best customer service because of Jody Manno Balgores letting tick all the boxes for an excellent service. looking for a flat to rent and dealing with other letting agents that never called back or email back was frustrating.Then I found a flat and it was listed by Balgores letting and I spoke with Jody Manno and from there she handled everything booked the viewing and emailed everything to get us the flat. Jody took my stress away. I highly recommend Jody Manno if you want a agent that will not ignore you.

Balgores took over the management of my property from another company which had mis-managed it for some time. They did a fantastic job managing it, attracting interest once on the market for sale and ultimately in selling it. They were very friendly and quick to adapt to circumstances beyond their control. Allanah Buckroyd was a calming influence when I was not.

Balgores was the second agent we engaged after a rocky start with another agent. They were unstoppable in finding the right buyer for us, as we were in a complex new-build onward chain meaning there’d be a wait for our house which resulted in multiple offers but conflicting timing expectations. We were so impressed with their attention to detail (I think maybe they knew our house better than we did by the time we sold!). We were so impressed how Balgores went through this (what felt to us at times as painful!) journey with us with patience and perseverance needed for a complex sale. We achieved the amount we wanted so I would highly recommend speaking with Balgores if you’ve had low-ball valuations from other agents in Chelmsford more concerned with their own targets & a quick sale! Our next door neighbour is considering selling so of course we had no hesitation recommending Balgores to them too. Thank you!
