Just bought my dream house in Chelmsford. Because it was our first house, we were very Paranoid. We were dealing with the great Ellie who was very patient and accommodating. We were did like 4 viewings through the process and she was there with the same smile every day. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Balgores enough, especially Allanah. Her and the team have been absolutely fantastic with our house sale. They are constantly keeping us updated and are great with helpful tips on how to get the best out of our property. Our house sold in 8 days and we couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t use any other estate agents other than Balgores, they have been brilliant.

Daniel was absolutely pleasure to work with from the viewing and process of moving in. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in property rental process. He makes himself always available in answering all your questions and concerns, especially I was just new UK tenant. He is the best bridge to communicate with the Landlord. Ben has given us good service since he took over as a manager of our rental property through Balgores. He is pro-active and works hard to find the best price for any repairs necessary at our property.
