I cannot recommend Balgores enough. Yes, they cost slightly more, but their service is truly unmatched. From getting my property on the market to booking viewings, everything was very easy, and they accommodated our schedule.
Samantha, our sales progressor, was phenomenal. She kept us updated with any changes and made sure the chain was informed every step of the way. She was definitely the reason our sale went through, and I am very thankful to her.

We’ve recently viewed a property with Piers and we’ve seen a few in our time! Estate agents can sometimes come across as pushy or like they’re fibbing about things. Piers has been the best estate agent I’ve ever had show me around a property. He was just himself, very personable, honest when he needed to check something to confirm the answer to questions and respected the quiet time to view the house and take it all in. Just a really lovely young man who is an asset to the agency, and I understand he hasn’t been there for very long either, We’re not sure if we’ll have an offer accepted on the property we viewed but if we were looking again, I would be more inclined to view with Balgores simply because they have Piers.

First of all Ben was very welcoming. Attended our calls and spoke with us and kept in touch throughout. Answered all of our questions and we had a lot of them but he patiently listened to our queries and answered all of them. Also, the house was maintained well for viewing. The entire team at Balgores was very thorough with their online forms as well, didnt leave anything for us to pinpoint or doubt. Kudos! Keep it up!

The best customer service because of Jody Manno Balgores letting tick all the boxes for an excellent service. looking for a flat to rent and dealing with other letting agents that never called back or email back was frustrating.Then I found a flat and it was listed by Balgores letting and I spoke with Jody Manno and from there she handled everything booked the viewing and emailed everything to get us the flat. Jody took my stress away. I highly recommend Jody Manno if you want a agent that will not ignore you.
