The concept is good, however poorly delivered. Atmosphere and ambience needs work, effort has been put into the décor but there's much more room for improvement. Food is overpriced, even sub-par. However, service was decent and if done correctly could be a decent place to have a meal.

The food is always excellent and it was my go-to place to order a takeaway when I would be at my girlfriends in Chelmsford. We went to sit in for the first time and unfortunately the restaurant only had one waitress working the entire restaurant on lunch. Obviously as a result, there was a longer wait time to order, get drinks and food etc. I'm sure it is much quicker when there are more staff working. We still had an enjoyable time and the waitress, even though she was on her own, was very nice and did her absolute best.

Hands down the best place in Chelmsford for food. Came here with a mate and the chef let us sample some unrealeased wing flavours. Look forward to seeing the new stuff on the menu - 10/10

Love this place. Great menu - choice for everyone, banging flavours and the atmosphere and service is first class. Kelsey is always so friendly, as is the owner and all the staff. Never disappointed!

Had Halloumi fries and then dirty fries (cheezy fries). Both were very expensive and taste was bland. It was empty with only one table occupied and it took them a long time to prepare fries. I know they are not famous for Fries but how can one go wrong with something so simple.

Obviously the rule of 6 does not apply here, walked past and 7 people sitting around the table. Disgraceful behaviour.

Best Wings in Chelmsford, great value for money, clean attractive establishment with attentive friendly staff. Basically I love it here! Only wishes the building layout was more accessible for people with mobility issues, but that's not fault of the staff or owners it's just the building design. Go there l, try it I recommend a Tuesday or Wednesday to get the unlimited chicken wings for £14.95 or 2for1 cocktails on a Friday 4-8pm.

We ate here before lockdown and had an amazing meal. The staff were so friendly and the food arrived quickly. It was so tasty that we ordered extra to take home .
Now lockdown is here it’s been good to add this restaurant to our fav takeaway list ( I think we have eaten everything on the menu now) Buffalo burgers and 3 of the best has to be top of our list.

Shwings has been my saviour over lockdown. Always delivered hot and on time. The buffalo wings are my personal faves and the gravy baby fries yummmmm! If you're feeling fussy go for the taster plate which gives you one of each wing flavour. Cant wait for you to reopen, see you soon!!
