I have absolutely loved attending the sessions at Best Body Bootcamp since first joining in October 2018. Every session is different which helps keep it fun and interesting. It's the first time I've actually been excited and motivated by exercising. Barry and the other instructors are so supportive, helping to push you to get better. I would highly recommend Best Body Bootcamp.

Joined up for a 6 week course 18 months ago and still attending. Class times are frequent and can go to which ever one suits you best. Classes are varied, instructor Barry is brill, pushes you to try a bit harder. Has great nutritional advice and is supportive to your goals. 45 minutes fly by and the girls that attend are great and friendly. Highly recommended.

I love going to Best Body Bootcamp, everyone is so friendly and supportive and every workout is different! Barry, Mandy and Lisa are so encouraging too!
I never used to be able to do push ups and now I can do lots (and on my toes)!
