Due to the expansion of their business into property sales Belvoir, Bury are looking to recruit an experienced property sales manager to work at their new branch in Bury, Lancs.
 
As the property sales manager, you will be working for the estate agency side of the business using a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills as well as finding new clients and convincing them that the agency is the right one to handle their sale. This specialist sales role also involves helping to advertise properties. 
 
So, what will you actually be doing?
 
1. Convincing prospective clients that our agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms 
2. Arranging advertising to promote the property 
3. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database 
4. Making appointments and showing buyers around a property 
5. Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to p
ay an acceptable price 
6. Referring buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice

You may specialise in residential houses and flats, in commercial property and businesses or in letting and managing properties with a proven track record to be discussed at interview.
 
When you will be required to work?
 
You will usually work from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. However, the agency may also open for part of Sunday (appointments permitting) and you may have some late evening appointments. You may also need to meet clients and buyers outside of normal working hours.
 
You'll be based at our new Bury office, but are likely to spend a lot of time visiting properties and showing prospective buyers around. In view of this, a driving licence is essential.
 
Salary

With experience – Basic Salary £14,000 - £16,000 + Commission (OTE 35k)

Use of a company vehicle or car allowance will also be included and you will have your own laptop and company mobile.
 
You must have prior experience in property sales at estate agency level for a minimum of 2-3 years with a proven track record of sales/commissions earned. You will have a can do attitude and be self-motivated to prospecting new clients and target properties. You will be able to achieve monthly sales targets set by the 
directors and any over-achievements will be rewarded.
