Attended a great event at Walmersley Golf Club yesterday. The views are amazing and the club house is a great venue for an event or party, and has a really nice outdoor area overlooking the course. All the staff were lovely, very helpful and helped everything to run smoothly. Great food too and the toddler approved so much she went back for seconds! Would absolutely recommend Walmersley Golf Club for a party or function.

Played this course about a month ago, rained for the full round but the course held up really well. Good condition, will definitely play again. Also got a cracking breakfast and pint in the clubhouse. Very friendly staff.

Very nice course! First time we'd played this today and it won't be the last! Course in really good condition, it was pouring down with rain all round but still held up! Credit to the greenkeepers greens were in top condition! Full breakfast after the round, made to feel very welcome and all staff friendly! Good value for money, I'd say it's a course you definitely have to play in the area 👍🏻

Course in great condition for the time of year (15/11/18) even though winter work had started on the greens , they still rolled well.
Fairways and Tees were exceptional with only a couple of holes teeing off mats.
Staff and Members have all been really welcoming , especially Ken in the Pro shop , such a genuinely friendly bloke.
Great club , hoping to join next year.
