Great course, hilly, so recommend a buggy for the older player, the greens were absolutely great and this challenging course is a must for any golfer. Also the club house staff are really friendly and made our society of 16 very welcome. Hope to visit again soon.

First time playing here today and can't fault anything. Course is a gem with generous fairways so no need to be scratch player. Par 3 14th hole is stunning.
Made very welcome in clubhouse after.
Would recommend anyone to play there.

An outstanding golf course—perfectly maintained with lush fairways and pristine greens. The greenkeepers do a phenomenal job and their professionalism really shows. Every detail is cared for, making it a top-tier experience. Can’t wait to play here again!

Just a quick note to thank all at the club after our Society visit yesterday.
A beautiful course & setting with hospitality to match, food was excellent served with a friendly smile by Deb & her team.
Nothing was too much trouble from staff & members alike which makes the day so much easier for visitors.
Dont be fooled by the length of the course as this is a tough test of golf but can still be enjoyed by all levels of golfers.

Nothing but positive feedback from all our members with all agreeing that a return visit is a must in our diary for next year.

Course was in excellent condition, greens top notch. Layout and signs for tees or next holes really helped! Friendly staff from first minute we arrived from pro shop to bar staff, to office staff! Defo coming back with society next year but will rtn in a couple of weeks no doubt, ian.

Lovely course and friendly staff. The road up to it is a single track road but the views are worth it.

First time playing here on Sunday and it was a delight. Quite a tiring / long 18 if you’re walking non stop without any break but on a sunny day with the lovely views, we couldn’t complain. Great day, thanks.

Just back from a first visit to this club. Great condition all round.
The best greens I've played all season. Unfortunately no bar or food on today.( like most clubs on Monday.) A bit of a long narrow lane up to the club but will definately return

Found it very difficult to navigate with only 10 holes open . Also, the fairways were not as well looked after as they should be. The two temporary holes could have been better prepared rather than just a hole in the ground. Probably best played in summer weather when dry.

Great golf club. A bit out of the way, but a super 18 hole course overlooking Bury. Good beer, food and numerous social nights. Come and join, you will not regret it.

Great course, greens in good condition with an elevated 1st tee, par 3 overlooked by the beer garden for added drama
