Decent course and very good staff. Loses marks for facilities: the food and drink choices aren't very good. Could do with a real ale or two on the bar.

A great golf course. Some challenging holes, especially the 9th and 13th. When it is windy the wind can really take your ball if you hit high as it is exposed up on the top. The course is well kept and tidy. The staff all seemed very friendly.

Thanks again to all the team at Walmersley Golf Club, we had a fantastic Golf Day and the barbecue after was excellent. Everyone had a great day and they even organised the Sun.

Attended a great event at Walmersley Golf Club yesterday. The views are amazing and the club house is a great venue for an event or party, and has a really nice outdoor area overlooking the course. All the staff were lovely, very helpful and helped everything to run smoothly. Great food too and the toddler approved so much she went back for seconds! Would absolutely recommend Walmersley Golf Club for a party or function.

Played this course about a month ago, rained for the full round but the course held up really well. Good condition, will definitely play again. Also got a cracking breakfast and pint in the clubhouse. Very friendly staff.
