I have been a member for many years. I pay up front yearly as this suits my lifestyle. I have had to freeze my membership several times for various personal reasons. I have the App but I am not very IT savvy . Gina Mellor one of the sales Managers has always supported me with any issues. She promptly answers emails and goes out of her way to resolve issues . She is always bubbly and professional .
As a result I have encouraged friends to join a .

Lovely hotel but too lively for young family The family room was amazing big beds enough room for us all and a cot It was so loud. At 3am the nightclub people were all going home then at 5am there was shouting. I don't think I would book again as a family even though the rooms were so nice

Superb Staff politeness, jacuzzi and pool, but had to pay £5 extra to use them even though I was staying in the hotel. This was not the case when i stayed in other Village hotels recently, in Blackpool, Hyde or Warrington. Not enough plug sockets in the room. No plugs sockets next to the bed

Pros:
*Very clean
*Staff were relaxed and fun (Sophie was hilarious!)
*Modern interior
*Drinks were nice (didn't get to tey the food)
*Built in Starbucks was a fantastic touch
Cons:
*It's in an ok spot. It is a 30 minute walk to the centre of Bury or a 5 min taxi.
It is however an hour from the airport.
*It's £5 for a gym pass, should be included in the stay price

Everything was fine and dandy but do me a favour and turn all of your hot tub jets on. A lot of people including myself were disappointed with the lack of power it put out. Other than that, great spot to unwind after a tough hiking weekend!

Exceptional I always stay here it’s lovely very friendly staff I bought a club room and ended up in a disabled room with a wet room I just thought it could of been used for someone else in this situation. Had a shower and floor was wet for ages had to use the towel to wipe the floor up incase me or my partner slipped

I would score it as a4.75 overall. The parking is fiddly and I recommend doing it with the hotel and not in the car park.
Excellent large TV screens.

Hi , I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions for work . Few occasions have been a great experience while others not so much.
On a really frustrating day, a guy at the reception kindly helped us a lot.I believe his name was jay Iqbal.. no fuss about anything.. got us a clean and convenient room for next weeks booking, on an evening when all the shops where closed helped us printing a couple of sheets which we were desperate for. Very kind and helpful. I just want to say a big thank you. Despite the inconvenience at times ppl like you make us want to come back again . Keep up the spirit and good work..👍👍

I am a member of the Health and Wellness Club.
I mainly use the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
I also do one of the gentle exercise classes - 'Nice and Easy' with Don O'Conner which I find excellent for my needs.
Most of the Staff are friendly, efficient and hard working which creates a nice atmosphere.
It's very good for me and I enjoy it.
It would be very difficult to get too without a car, but there are benefits to it being out of the town centre.
I also enjoy a nice meal here with friends occasionally.
