I needed to stay in Bury to meet family members. This hotel appeared to meet my needs.
An efficient and friendly welcome- lots of sanitation stations dotted around in the hotel was reassuring.
My room was fine. The TV was massive- it overwhelmed the room, actually. There was a good desk area.
The bed was v. comfortable. The room heating was good-and there was a Dyson fan if necessary. The view out of the window was uninspiring- a flat roof of the building to the side. Not a lot could be done about that, but the windowsill outside was dirty, and the rubbish that had been thrown out of the windows (mostly cigarette ends) all along the side of the hotel could be dealt with - I have told the hotel.
No glasses in the bathroom- have told the hotel.
Good supply of milk, tea and coffee.
The breakfast staff were lovely and went out of their way to help. The hot selection of food was fresh and tasty.
There is a limited selection of cereals and fruit. Coffee was from a machine, and was good.
There is a busy fitness club attached to the hotel. The Starbucks in the entrance foyer was and it was busy and noisy with fitness club users and children at the weekend. A quiet place for hotel clients to sit away from the coffee shop would have been appreciated.
The terrace outside looks nice and is well equipped with tables and umbrellas but the loose patio slabs all along and discarded cigarette ends under the tables let it down.

We loved the location and the staff they were incredibly friendly and we felt comfortable.
Our room was a bit dirty and dusty. The chair had crumbs on it. And no one was there to empty our bins. We noticed a massive spider in the room. Everytime we had breakfast in the restaurant the tables were always dirty. We had to tell someone to clean it.

Eight of us stayed for one night as we were playing sport next day locally.
Rooms were very good, clean and for a pleasant change had lots of plug sockets.
Staff very friendly and attentive.
Check in very good.
Whilst not using swimming pool or gymnasium both looked inviting.
Would definitely use this hotel again.

Lovely place with decent size rooms and very attentive staff. Good size carpark that is free at weekends and to members. Went for a wedding and stayed one night was very impressed. Not too pricey either.

The hotel is beautiful good facilities nice staff only stayed one night the room was not worth £130 needs a good clean other than that we will happily stay again. Hopefully more than one night next time

in one word excellent
room was spacious with all items like iron with ironing board hairdryer tea making facilities air cooler shampoo and body wash in bathroom comfortable double bed very clean and fresh smelling in general great breakfast with unlimited coffee/tea and toast staff really friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble would recommend to others and would stay there again ourselves

Breakfast. Ohh smelled horrible and how can you get scrambled egg to taste so wrong? So it's advertised as a good breakfast which means not a full English... You you accept that black pudding, fried eggs and hash browns are missing. But what you do provide you should do well. They need to improve breakfast.

The food however, like many of the restaurants in the village gyms was pretty poor.
Also £14 for a large chicken tenders or chicken wing starter?I had to ask if this was a mistake!
The main (we ordered burgers each) was certain they were not fresh, over cooked and just about warm.
Same story in your other restaurants especially for the mains.
This particular visit to your restaurant, the staff were very professional and did offer a free dessert due to the poor burgers which was a nice gesture but the meal was kind of wrote off at this point.
Review your prices and align the quality of your food across the board.
You can't charge top coin and deliver below average meals.

Pretty much most things you need and great amenities!
I was automatically upgraded to a larger room which was excellent and enjoyed the use of the gym.
The restaurant unfortunately doesn’t offer a lot of choice although the burgers are very good. There were no alternative options for those with food intolerances such as dairy free etc.
