Excellent Claaes, Tai Chi, Zumba, Pilates, Nice n Easy , Aqua Aerobics, swim in a beautiful pool and relax in the Jacuzzi Steam room Sauna. Shower and changing room before and well earned coffee or lunch in the bar later

I liked the pool and bed
Lady on reception was rude she didn’t explain things clearly I spent 20+ minutes trying to find my room the layout of the building is like a rat maze going up and down in several lifts before finding the correct floor that aside it took around 8 minutes to walk from my room to the lobby given I have mobility issues this isn’t acceptable there was no hair dryer in the room when I requested one it seemed like i wasn’t believed and waited 30 minutes for one to arrive Lastly there was building works being carried out within the building and across the river I had to close the blind for the duration of my stay

Complimentary weekend parking, lobby and Starbucks all good points. Beds very comfy and bathroom a nice big size. Good location, easy to find just off the motorway.
Room was dirty with marks up the walls and on furnishings and hairs on the bed.

Disappointed with no hot water for 2 days that I stayed. I did get 1 drinks token for the troubles but that really didn’t go far enough for the lack of hot water especially when working away.. The staff were friendly and helpful.
