Bought a used car from them last week. Andrei (the salesman) was very good at his job and walked me thru the test drive and sale process politely. The car itself was competitively priced and in a great condition. On delivery I realized that the Tyre inflation kit was faulty but Andrei immediately sent thru a replacement kit in the post which was a good gesture.
Overall I'm happy to recommend TheCarSalesCompanyBury to purchase a used car but I've reduced 1 star for reasons below
- when they delivered the car, it was missing an all important "Registration Card" which has the wifi password unique for the car. Despite calls to Andrei they were not able to provide me one and asked me to go to a Mitsubishi dealer - who said it would cost me Ā£50 to get a replacement. Without that I cannot use the remote app features of the car which is a shame. Again the dealer should have told me this missing document before sale because its additional out of pocket expense for me now
- I was not told that the car had outstanding finance (I found out when I did an HPI check). However one phone call to Andrei and he promised to sort it out and he did sort it out over the next week. I still think they should have told me this before the sale.

I visited the car sales company had a look at there stock was really impressed by what they had everything was low mileage and very clean and the prices were very competitive aswel.
Hamid was really helpful he got me a great deal on my new car i would highly recommend using the company for your new car!

Brilliant service from Hamid. I literally went in this morning to look at a car I had seen online , loved the car so left a deposit then picked it up a few hours later. Nice easy process and now have my new car on my drive.

Hamid was really helpful and friendly, I walk-in Monday evening just to drop an eye and by Tuesday afternoon I was driving one of my dream cars. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wasn't to change his car.

Purchased my second car from year, make sure you do your full research about the car first. A small fib was told about obtaining a replacement key for my car which turned out to be false (was told that a key blade can be purchased as a second key to open and start the car which isn't the case)
The car however was in really good condition, before purchasing they spent some time repairing the scuff marks on the diamond cut alloys.

Can't really fault these guys in helping me purchase my first car just before Christmas. Steve was brilliant. A fantastic character, very light-hearted and a great salesman. Talked us through the process and everything was smooth and efficient. Told us about the relevant add-ons, such as warranty but wasn't too pushy. Answered all questions honestly and the test drive was thorough. A very pleasant experience all round and now enjoying my new car. They were also happy to keep hold of the car for a week so I could choose a suitable time to pick it up. I would certainly recommend The Car Sales Company in Bury and may well be back when I need another car!

I recently purchased a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Hybrid , the sales executive who sold me the vehicle was called Gully and I must say In my honest opinion excelled himself in every way possible which is a fairly rare commodity in the world of car dealers !!
