Just purchased a sports Mazda 6 from The Car Sales Company. The service was fantastic especially Gully. He made the whole car buying experience fun. He was very helpful and understanding. I would recommend these guys.

I came across this Company after searching the internet for a particular car.I chatted online with Lily ,one of the advisers who was very helpful.
The following day I drove 48 miles to view the car I was interested in.On arrival I asked about the car and was shown to it and offered a test drive . I was very happy with the car ,it is a 2018 plate with only 6000 mls on the clock. The sales Manager Ghulam Murtaza(Gully) was really helpful from the start.
Over a coffee Gully offered me more or less what I was expecting for part exchange on my car with no haggling. Registered the new car to me and my car to them on the DVLA site.Gully also taxed the new car and arranged 5 days drive away insurance so that I could drive away that day.
The whole process took around an hour and half with no heavy sales tactics or pressure to buy.
The Company has quite a large selection of high spec cars and I would recommend them to anyone.

Having spent around 6 weeks refining what vehicles met our, quite specific, needs, we visited the Car Sales Company late one evening to look at a car we'd found on their website. Despite it being close to "closing time", and then finding they had another car (that we actually liked more than the one we'd gone to see) there was no checking of watches or making us feel like we needed to "get a move on" so they could close. This was a good indication of exactly what we would experience throughout.
Over the next few days we looked at the car again, took it for a test drive, and crunched some numbers. We did look at cars at other dealerships, but not a single one of them looked after us anywhere close to how we'd been looked after by Gully. The phrase "nothing was too much trouble" doesn't do justice to the care and attention we received, but we never felt "pushed" or "pressured" - any more laid back and he'd have needed a lie-lo!
More importantly, once we'd agreed to buy the car, and then after we'd taken delivery of it, there was no "washing their hands" of us either. That same level of care and attention continued. Even to the point that, although we were more than ably looked after by one of his colleagues at "handover", he called in, from home on his day off, specifically to make sure we were going away a happy customer. It is sadly rare that this level of customer care is evident anywhere, and only reinforced our belief we'd done the right thing in buying our new car from Gully, and the Car Sales Company.
It's been about a month since we picked up the car (sorry the review's taken so long to post!). The car's still not missed a beat, does everything we needed it to in spades, and still makes me smile every time I get in it - I don't think I've ever had that feeling after buying a car before! More importantly, I know that even if I needed to ring up with a question, or an issue, now, I'd still get greeted like an old friend, and receive exactly the same level of service I've got used to. To anyone who is thinking of buying a car, all I can say is that you won't regret buying it from the Car Sales Company and I have already recommended three people to go there. And in the - frankly unlikely - event you can get cheaper elsewhere, remember that cheapest isn't always the best deal, and sometimes quality, and service, and the reassurance that gives you, are worth paying that little bit extra.

Used this company recently as a fairly inexperienced car buyer and I was delighted with the service I received from Abdul. Really friendly guy and a nice genuine salesman who made me feel very comfortable and wasn't pushy like a lot of salesmen are. Delighted with the car and nothing was too much for Abdul.

Easy transaction, Glynn made the purchasing experience seemless and even managed to arrange delivery to London. I purchased without seeing the car but everything was as described and the pictures were accurate. Good company

I have seen a Tourag online after a long search and after visiting many dealerships. we came across The car sale bury and came for a viewing, where I met mr HAMID he was very helpfull with all the questions that had and was very patient with me. I had a great feeling working with mr HAMID I felt not being pushed like I did at other dealerships. They very helpfull with setting up a finance plan with a good rate. I would highly recommend to anyone buying a car as they have a very large stock.

I sold my car to them with private plates on I put the plate on retention and told them to take plate off went back the following week to see thay had put my number back on to try and sell the car again told them to take it off or I will report them the number is already on my new car so if you buy the ford tourneo it does not come with that number

Visited this company today was having a browse when GULLY intrduced himself. We told him what car we were interested in and he showed us several cars told us everything we needed and wanted to know about them. He made us a latte while he sorted our finance which he discounted for us. GULLY took us for a test drive then car was serviced,washed and valeted and ready to take home (which we did). I can honestly say from start to finish purchasing our car from this company was done very professionally and satisfying. GULLY couldn't have been less pushy and was very friendly and helpful top guy thanks for making the purchasing of our ford kuga a great experience with your company. We recently bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from Andrei at the Car Sales Company. He was extremely helpful, stayed late on the Sunday since he knew we had come a long way and needed to sort the purchase there and then. The car is great as was the service. I now just have to get used to an electric car!

My hole experience with this company was first class . I saw a vehicle on auto trader late one night . So by the time I got there it was nearly time to close . I had a little look round the car but as it was nearly closing time I arranged to go back the next day for a test drive . On the test drive the salesman (Steven Dickinson) never pretended he knew it all about the vehicle. He just gave me directions and we just chatted . He really made me feel at ease. When we got back we discussed a price again I didn't feel any pressure. When we settled on a price we discussed warranty . I wasn't sure whether to get the warranty . So Steve said I could think it over till I picked the car up in two days . I decided against the warranty in the end . Again Steve never pressured me to get it . He just got me to sign all the relevant documents shook my hand and wished me well with the new car . It was all excellent service . Fingers crossed I have no problems with the car .
