Everything was so relaxed. I wasn't pressured or hassled at any point and felt completely at ease. Steven respected the fact I was a first time buyer and let me take my time, seeing which car would suit me and explained everything so simply. The additional offers were not forced and will come in handy in the future. I'd looked around other dealerships and felt stressed out over everything. This company however, made me feel so much better. I'd definitely come back again!
