I found everything to be ok apart from the locking wheel nut key had gone walk about, I have since bought one from the main dealer, and I booked my car in for a B service at a specialist garage and found that there was no extra work to be paid for which I was more than happy about, and I found Mark the salesman to be very helpful and he new what he was doing.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to do so on this occasion. This was our first visit to The Car Sales Company and will definitely use again and would highly recommend them. There is a huge range of great quality cars to choose from. We were looked after by Mark, who operated with such efficiency and professionalism, making the whole process very simple. The other members of the team were also very friendly and welcoming. I had expected to have to come back in a weeks time but was pleasantly surprised to find that we were driving our new car away in under two hours. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer. I went with the intention of just looking but came back with the dream car. The service was fantastic, especially from Mobs. He was so helpful and explained everything we needed to know. Loved the fact he did not use the usual forceful scripts to push you into a sale either. The after sales service from him is great, always ensuring a call back within 10-15 mins (which I hope continues should we ever need anything!) All in all I would whole heartedly recommend buying your car from here.
