Niel Cope made the transition of jobs really simple for me to deal with as I begun to work at Eventura on October. Niel has been a significant help to our business over the last 12 months . Prior to his involvement we were dealing with a generic HR advice service which kept us legally compliant but didn't offer anything further. With Niel's assistance we have revamped our entire HR policy from recruitment and induction through to staff handbooks and contracts. We've now implemented a professional performance review process. All of this has helped our staff feel more engaged with the business and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Niel to other businesses, in fact we already have to our existing customers!!
